David de Lautour

David Hugh de Lautour was born on November 28, 1982 in Christchurch, New Zealand. His first role was when he was 8 and in Little Red Riding Hood. Ever since, he has wanted to act. David's first major role was playing Icus in season one of Xena: Warrior Princess. He appeared in various other musicals and stage shows before he appeared in Xena again four years later as Guardian Angel Lief. David's next ((and biggest role to date)) was that of Adam le Beau in the hit New Zealand television show, Being Eve, to which this site is dedicated. Being Eve is the role that got him the most fans.

Unfortunately, after Being Eve's first season, David left the show. The good side? He won a scholarship to New York's Academy of Musical and Dramatic Art. Since then, he's been living in the United States ((currently in Los Angeles, California, as far as I know)). Of course, we the fans of Being Eve couldn't be left hanging about the Adam storyline. David came back in December 2001 to film his final episode of Being Eve, but still the second ((and final)) season of Being Eve wasn't the same without him.
